TRUFFLEhound was established 20 years ago, by Jo Buckingham, a professionally-trained cook living in Chiswick and operating from commercial kitchen premises in Park Royal. The business grew solely by word of mouth and by reputation. In September 2023 Jo hung up her apron, and passed the baton to Nicola Bettio who is the new owner of Trufflehound. He is passionate about the cuisine of his native Veneto region, but has been working with Trufflehound for over 5 years. Many of our clients already know and love him!

At TRUFFLEhound we believe in cooking using only the finest quality ingredients sourced from independent suppliers in Chiswick such as Macken Bros, Covent Garden Fishmongers and Lemons and Limes greengrocers. Wherever possible we prefer to cook using fresh seasonal produce

We do not use agency staff, but only friendly professionals with many years experience in the hospitality industry. We pride ourselves on a high level of repeat business - some of our clients ask for our staff by name, and some have even planned the date of their event subject to our availability

The TRUFFLEhound team are driven by a love of food and derive the greatest of pleasure from happy clients enjoying themselves with friends and family
