Canapes are the perfect stress-free party food. Our two-bite canapes are visually tempting, stylish and full of flavour. Canapes are also the perfect answer to cater for vegetarian requirements

 

Offering something to tease and please every palette, we are known for our stylish canapes. Here's a sample list - we refresh our offering seasonally and as always we can create a bespoke menu to your requirements:

 

Meat & Poultry

  • Pulled pork and BBQ sauce in a tortilla cup (warm)
  • Grilled fig with sage and orange wrapped in prosciutto
  • Mini Yorkshire pudding with fillet of beef and horseradish cream
  • Beef carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise and micro leaves
  • Morrocoan lamb kofte with smoked aubergine puree, minted yoghurt and pomegranate (warm) GF
  • Za'atar chicken in a little gem cup with pomegranate and sumac yoghurt
  • Thai chicken cakes wirh a fiery cucumber sauce
  • Mint and pea cheese with crispy Parma ham and parmesan shortbread spoons

Guidelines: for our 2-bite canapes we recommend

  • 5 canapes is the equivalent to a Starter dish
  • Drinks party - allow 8-12 canapes per head
  • 14 TRUFFLEhound canapes are the equivalent of a meal
